  • Goals with success criteria. Each goal carries a plan, a journal and a definition of done, worked in idle and background lanes by a global scheduler.
  • Evaluator-verified completion. An independent evaluator agent must agree the success criteria are met before a goal closes. Machine-checked “done”.
  • A perception layer. Watchers on RSS feeds, web pages and incoming support tickets emit observations that triage turns into knowledge, notifications or work items. The system notices things without being asked.
  • A meter and a brake. Per-goal daily token budgets, failure backoff, quiet hours and urgency thresholds — plus an activity feed of every autonomous action and what it cost.
